A Box has reached
us from Hong Kong which no doubt contains the Accounts for 1868 referred to in Governor's Desp. 759
It is so carefully
bound with iron hoops that I have thought it better not to have it opened,
as you will be sending it, I suppose, to the Audit Office without wanting to refer to the papers. The Office Keeper has charge of it until he receives your directions.
